If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn timepiece in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
